OUR CAPABILITY
Small CNC Machining
With 18 CNC machines within our workshop to provide precision CNC milled and turned parts to customer requirements, while provide manufacturing efficiencies and cost effective pricing.
Heavy CNC Machining
We have some of the largest CNC machinery in Australia, with a 12 metre CNC floor borer, with a 30 tonne turntable and a fixed bed rated to 100 tonne.
Small to Heavy Fabrication
We have the capability to weld and fabricate from small to large work pieces. This the capability to weld steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other alloys.
Gun Drilling
Baker & Provan has 3 gun drilling machines permitting the drilling of holes from as small as 4mm in diameter and up to 140mm in diameter.
Defence Projects & Support
We have been manufacturing and servicing mechanical and hydraulic products for the Australian Defence Force for over 30 years.
Repair & Overhaul
We have extensive experience with repair and overhaul of mechanical and hydraulic equipment, including those with electrical controls.
